Throughout the year, there are a variety of events and opportunities that showcase the creatuve talents of Waunakee and its residents, organizations, and businesses.
WRAP EXHIBIT & WORKSHOP
WRAP is an opportunity for both emerging and experienced artists to exhibit their work for the public, receive feedback from a professional artist, and participate in a guided workshop. Participants also have the chance to be chosen for display at the State exhibit later in the year.
LIVE FROM THE PARK
A summer concert series plays out on Tuesday nights in Village Park. Concerts take place underneath the gazebo. Food carts are also onsite and change weekly so concert-goers can experience the fun flavors that Madison-area food carts have to offer.
The Waunakee Community Band (WCB) was founded in 1985. The WCB is primarily a summer band, with rehearsals starting in April and the concert season from June through August.
