I make whimsical spontaneous and impressionistic water colors of Waunakee, and Madison. Sometimes I experiment with mix media and a multitude of expressions that correlation with my world view. I am a graduate in fine art from UW Madison 1988 and find art to be therapeutic. Making a well organized drawing or piece gives me peace. After graduation UW I moved to the middle easter country of Kuwait. The first Gulf War took a toll on me as well as the country of Kuwait. As I helped rebuild Kuwait in a small way i also rebuilt my art. I had a number of well received art show there which built my artist confidence. I married and had a son. My support in married life left . I was still focusing on art but with my divorce my artistic vision weaked. I moved to Waunakee in 2003 and have kept at art while working. Many shows in the Madison area has helped my artist confidence and me as a person.
